How does the program work?

  1. If you have a 3300, 3740, 3730 or VX510 terminal, Valutec will load your terminal with the software to complete all Gift Card transactions or you can contact Valutec Merchant Support at 1-888-381-8258 to request to be setup to utilize Valutec's Virtual Terminal via their website @ www.valutec.net to process your gift cards.
  2. From your GE terminal or Valutec’s Virtual terminal you can:
    • Activate a Gift Card
    • Redeem a Gift Card
    • Check the Balance on an outstanding Gift Card
    • Run Gift Card transaction Reports and much more!

  3. Once you receive your Gift Cards form Valutec, Call Valutec's Merchant Support at 1-888-381-8258 to have them download their application into your terminal or to get set up with access to their Virtual Terminal; (this should take about 15 minutes). Please Note: Valutec Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the store they were purchased at.
