These are the terms and conditions for the GE Money Platinum MasterCard Cash Rewards Program.

1. Rebate Percentage. Subject to the terms set forth below, GE Money Platinum MasterCard cardholders (“Cardholders”) are eligible to receive a rebate equal to one percent (1%) of the amount of purchases of merchandise or services (“Purchase”) using the GE Money Platinum MasterCard (the “Card”). “Purchase” does not include any other type of Card transaction, including cash advances, balance transfers, or any fees.

2. Issuance of Rebate Checks . After each Purchase, a Cardholder will accrue a potential rebate equal to one percent of the Purchase amount. No rebates will be issued to a Cardholder until the Cardholder’s net accrued rebates (rebates accrued from Purchases less deductions for returns, credits or adjustments to the account) equal or exceed $10, at which time, unless the Cardholder’s account is delinquent, a rebate check in the amount of the net accrued rebate will be sent to the Cardholder with the Cardholder’s next billing statement. The maximum amount to be rebated to a Cardholder in any Card Year (as defined below) is $500, after which, no additional rebates will accrue until the beginning of the next Card Year. Cardholders have no right to accrued rebates in an amount of less than $10. If a Cardholder has accrued rebates of less than $10 at the end of a Card Year, this accrued amount will be carried over to the next Card Year. A “Card Year” is the approximately one year period that begins on the day that the Card was first issued and ends on the last day of the billing period in the month that is twelve months after the Card was issued. Each subsequent Card Year will begin on the day following the end of the prior Card Year and end at the end of the twelfth billing period thereafter.

3. Special Rebate Offers . From time to time, Cardholders may be offered special rebate offers, such as an increased rebate percentage. Unless otherwise provided under the special rebate offer, these Rewards Program Terms will apply to any such special rebate offer, and will continue to apply to any and all transactions that are not subject to a special rebate offer.

4. Other Conditions . A Cardholder will forfeit all accrued, unpaid rebates if the Cardholder’s account is closed for any reason (other than as a result of a lost or stolen card, in which case all accrued rebates will be applied to the replacement card). Rebate checks expire on the expiration date printed on the front of the checks. The GE Money Platinum Mastercard Rewards Program may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Changes may include, among other things, changing the rebate percentage, imposing additional restrictions, or terminating the program.
